Amanda Millstein, MD is a pediatrician and co-founder of Climate Health Now, which organizes and mobilizes the California health community around equitable climate advocacy. She practiced primary care in Richmond until 2023, and now works in both primary and urgent care at Children's Hospital Oakland. Dr. Millstein is the co-chair of the American Academy of Pediatrics- Chapter 1 Committee on Climate Change and Child Health. She received her undergraduate degree and medical degree at Stanford University and completed pediatrics residency at UCSF. Dr. Millstein is also a graduate of the National Outdoor Leadership School. She lives in the East Bay with her husband, two children, and their cat.
